Carolyn Orsua

My name is Carolyn Orsua and I was born and raised on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota. Growing up on a farm instilled a strong work ethic in me and gave me a lot of tools to succeed in life. My degree is in Education which serves me well in real estate as well. I love working with people and educating them on what is going on in the market and how the numbers can work for them whether it is a primary home or investment property.

I love living on the beautiful Emerald Coast and raising my children here. My kids and I love being part of the local community and we have never gotten tired of life at the beach! Besides real estate, I love being involved with my children’s activities which includes a lot of sports. I also enjoy ballroom dancing in my free time.
