What sets John apart is firsthand experience on both sides of the table. He owns vacation rental properties himself, and alongside his wife, Kris, built Beach Stays Vacations into a management company overseeing more than 100 properties before a successful sale — giving him practical insight into financing, renovations, rental performance, and what actually makes a property perform in the vacation rental market.
That experience shaped two tools John built to help clients make smarter decisions: the SaleAbility™ Process, a proprietary system that evaluates a property's competitive positioning and marketability beyond simple comparable sales, and Smart Beach Investor, his weekly market report and investment-education platform for Emerald Coast buyers and owners.
